We finally finished our work on Monsters vs. Aliens this past Wednesday! (yaaaay) And I had the 'honor' of working on the last shot needed to finish (Wednesday morning, 9:40 a.m. "Hey here is this shot that we finalled a month ago that has more fixes and we need it by noon!" and I finished it at 12:08 p.m., thankyouverymuch)
So I now get to rejoin the land of the living in a major way -- in an attempt to avoid having to lay people off at our company, we were given the option (well it was a little more mandatory for my dept.) of taking a sabbatical, so I'm off work for the next couple months! Woo! So I plan to do lots of knitting, hiking, cooking, reading, maybe a road trip, and general catching up... And be a full-time kitty-mama.
