Whenever it snows in Portland (which isn't often, mind you), I am in awe of the beauty and wonder of it all - and don't really mind the inconvenience.  I think this is because I was basically never around snow growing up, except for a few random trips to the foothills and Tahoe.  So it's still new to me - things like how light the snow makes a nighttime sky... that's my favorite party of a snow covered vista.  Do you feel the same way?

Of course, if it snowed more often in Portland I'm sure I'd quickly become blase about the beauty of a snow covered city.

PS - please email your response to my work email (brandib@wagged) because I NEVER check my hotmail account thanks to the damn spammers.  Also I dont know what your email address is anymore.  This is the only way I know of to get a hold of you.
